    As music is my other hobby (bass guitar specifically) I definitely appreciate a high-quality sound system in a commuter car. Sure, speed and handling are great, but we can't always exercise those abilities within legal limits. That's when it's nice to have a great sound system. Looking forward to a detailed audio system post!

    Interesting that the A3 has a separate sub control, but both my mother's 2013 Tiguan and grandma's 2007 A4 only have adjustments for lows, mids, and highs. I'm not sure if the Tiguan has a dedicated sub, but I'm almost certain that the A4 does. I have a separate sub adjustment on my 2009 Civic EX-L and it's nice to have. It allows you to maintain the punchy bass without overloading the stereo with muddy or overbearing lows that cover up the mids and highs.
