Converting the cars computers software so it can use flex fuels

I watched on Netflix a show called " pump". An towards the end
The was a guy who said all cars made after 1998 can be tuned with software up grades
So I'm having trouble finding info that I can tune my grand caravan 2008 van


Any ideas please help

    Hhmm Just because he says they CAN BE tuned it doesn't mean there is software availble for all cars. Did he also mention hoses and other parts that would likely need to be changed due to corrosion issues?
