2006 Nissan Altima 2.5s

I have a 2006 nissan altima 2.5s. Ive been having an issue with overheating. Thermostats have been replaced, radiator is fine, water pump isn't showing signs of leakage but I had my car scanned and a p0420 bank 1 code which is the front part of the exhaust/manifold came up. Does anyone know if this issue would cause the car to constantly overheat?

    When is the car overheating, going down the highway, in traffic or any time? Is it low on coolant when it overheats and you have to add? How is it running? Normally or does it feel under-powered?

    at any time. but ive noticed when im doing highway speeds it isnt overheating as much.

    coolant levels are fine
