    Overall a handsome exterior except for two slight miscues. First, from the side it looks very BMW X series-ish. That's not a bad thing (BMW's SUVs are very handsome) except for brand differentiation. Second, the front the grille opening looks large and overdone.

    you get a 340hp supercharged V6 in the base model for $43K- that just blew away the Q5, X3 and Evoque. Yup- very nice looking. Now the Evoque has some competition. Tata hasn't lost the Jag touch for style.

    This is one fine looking SUV that should drive like a car not a truck. Jaguar is leaving the off-road duty to Land Rover. This car could be a game changer for Jaguar in the USA where it lags behind other premium brands. Fortunately, world wide sales are way up so the reluctance of US buyers isn't serious. We are just slow to change.
