    But I bet the VW dealers are pretty pissed, losing about 25% of their sales due to no TDI's.

    Probably more than that, since shoppers will be more likely to hit other makes instead of VW.

    This will hurt VW for a while, but they will bounce back just like Toyota and GM did. The managers and bean counters knew this was eventually going to get out. They figured in the cost after profits and the profits were higher so they went with it..

    I ate lunch across from a VW dealer a couple of days ago. They didn't have even 1 VW on the street.
