Cobalt will only accelerate in second gear.

my cobalt will only accelerate in 2nd, the speedometer quit working, the power steering indicator has come on and the temp gauge doesn't work. what can I do?

    Start by connecting a scan tool and pulling codes from all of the modules on the car.
