Considering 2003 GMC Envoy. What to beware of?

Need a 2nd vehicle, won't be driven too often but more of an "emergency" car than anything else. I drive through snow so the AWD is nice, as my daily driver sedan doesn't have that. I came across an ad for a 2003 GMC Envoy SLE with 145000 miles. Says new transmission, 4 new sway bars, front hub bearing and more. I know with certain makes/models there are particular years to avoid or things to look out for. What should I know about this make/model? Would $4000 be too much to pay for this, in your opinion? Would buying this car be a money pit?

    You can appraise it here.

I get Private Party of $3,161 and Dealer Retail of $4,674.

The new stuff is nice to have I guess but it doesn't make the SUV any more valuable.

Would be a good idea to get a pre-purchase inspection.
