    there are a lot of brands represented in this list. OK, no Honda, and obviously, no VW. this Indicates that there are a lot of great vehicles on the market and it's a highly competitive industry. Good for we consumers.

    Given reports that Tesla has forced owners to sign NDAs in order to get warranty repairs, I don't entirely trust surveys of this sort.

    NDAs are a good point. They only exist so one side doesn't have to own up to its actions.

    A key to this "study" is this doozie:

    "The Model S does have its share of minor issues, but the innovation and excitement of the product overpowers any lasting negative feelings regarding those issues,"

    May I interest you in a nice glass of Kool Aid? B)

    At least the fire issue was solved.
