    Bed height is so important. I guess all the manufacturer's are targeting tall Texans. As a senior, I can't see owning another pickup until they bring down the bed heights and lower the height of the over the rail to the bed . I've owned four full sized pickups in the past and the first two were great Now, it's a pain in the [non-permissible content removed] . Besides, I'm no longer the target demographic.
    However women are increasingly buying trucks.
    Big 3, Nissan and Toyota- this is well within your engineering abilities.

    Good to see liftover heights getting lower. That's the great thing about my minivans - so easy to load 'em up. The liftover height is lower than lots of sedans and hatchbacks. But you lose the towing and ground clearance of a pickup.
