2015 Mazda Rotor issue

I bought this car in Nov 2014. Had to refinish the right rotor as it was causing some noise while applying break. Still has factory break pads. Dealer suggests that i am slamming the breaks. I am not buying it because it happens only one side(passenger side). Refinished the rotor 3 months back. Now, the problem is back again. Any second opinion or anyone have this issue with 2015 mazda,

    When you refinished the rotor did you also grease the caliper slides and replace the pad hardware. Squeaks are caused by vibration. Grease in the right places is what dampens the vibrations.
