2007 Toyota Highalnder Low beams do NOT work but high beams DO work. Whats wrong?!?!

I search online and couldn't find a fix. Could both bulbs really go out at once? The low and high beams both worked yesterday fine but tonight i turned the low beams on, so i thought and they didn't turn on. What could be the issue? Which fuse and where is the fuse located at?

    Yes, it is possible for both to go at the same time, especially if you do a lot of night driving. It has happened to people I know.
