01 jeep gc 4.0, gauges dead, won't start, key icon on, HELP!!!

Gauges now dead, starts then stalls every 2 seconds, over and over will not start, key icon on dash, check grounds, battery, wiring, PCM has corrosion on it and now when I try to scan says link error. Tried both grey keys and it does the same.
Thinking about changing the PCM, what do you think?
Please Help!!!!!!!

    You are potentially describing a loss of communication between onboard modules, while any one module could be responsible for that, just replacing one such as the PCM on a whim is more likely to be wrong than right.

    If you have a volt meter with the key on measure from pin # 2 to a good ground and tell me how many volts you measure.

    Do the same with pins 6, 7, 9 and 14.
