Changed ignition now get no power to anything

I recently changed the ignition switch and ignition lock cylinder in my 2004 bonneville. After I replaced the two I am not getting any power to anything. No crank, No power to the instrument panel, no power to the locks, no security light, nothing. Only things that seem to have power are the seats and the cigarette lighter. Any help would be greatly appreciated if have been dealing with this problem and been without a car for almost two weeks now

    Did you check for power to and through fuse #15 in the fuse block under the left rear seat?
