Confused about the numbers for a lease

Hi, I was offered the following deal - MSRP 50,923, adj price after rebates and discounts 45,259.25, 36 months, 10,000 miles, deposit $1500 and monthly payment incl tax, fees etc $535, residual $28, 516.88.

Is this a good deal. Any help would be appreciated.

    To get that payment, need about $2250 additional added to the price, along with your $1500 upfront.
    $1600 tax (est)
    $795 acquisition fee
    $300 NY DMV/dealer fees (est)
    $535 first payment.

    $3230 total.

    That's about $500 off, but I estimated a lot of stuff.

    Ask for the adjusted CAP cost and a reconciliation of that to your price of $45,259
    Also, ask them to disclose the money factor.

    Price is about 7% off MSRP, not including the lease cash. That's okay, but you may be able to do a little better. This isn't a bad deal, though.

    I'm confused. they told me that all fees incl dealer fee, title etc, destination was already included. Its NY

    I'm sure those fees are included. But, they aren't in the $45,259 price. The adjusted CAP cost has to be higher than that.
