Anyone know how to reset "Theft System" and "Service" indicators on 2001 sunfire?

After replacing the igniton switch, I have not been able to reset the "Theft System" and "Service"(with wrench) indicators. Does anyone know what needs to be done?

    The theft system should be able to be reset with three key on ten minute cycles. When you turn the key to on, turn it all the way to crank and then release the key to the on position. When the security indicator goes out after ten minutes, turn the key off, wait five seconds and repeat two more times. The car should start on the fourth attempt. "IF" that doesn't work then you have another failure in the car that needs to be diagnosed and repaired.
