Lexus RX 350 --driver side cracking noise -after an extended drive @ 65mph

long drive to LA, after a hour or so under the drive side start making random cracking noise.
went in for repair to the dealership twice but its hard to reproduce at the dealership because its random and require an extended driving time. It happens mostly in 6th or higher gear.
Has anyone experiencing a similar situation? tks
