Please Help - dash lights

I am really needing some help, my son has a 1990 Buick Century and the lights on the dash are not working, we have changed the dimmer switch and checked every fuse in the car and nothing helps. We are at a complete loss anyone that has any other ideas on what we can try please let us know.
