Radio stops working

I purchased a 2010 Enclave Used (Private Party) and right from the start the radio was doing something very interesting. Radio kicks out to "AUX/CD" with No Sound. I "Hit" the Top of the Radio "Shroud", above the Radio and it will start working again.
Any ideas would be appreciated

Might be a simple loose wiring harness, but sounds more like an internal fault in the radio (bad solder joint possibly)
GM sold a ton of Enclaves, Acadias, and Traverse’s … if you feel like taking a risk order a used unit on EBay there are probably tons for sale.
