Computer issues

The computer display is lit up but all it does is cycle through the languages: "English, French, Spanish" etc... over and over but does nothing else, anyone have an idea what might remedy this?

    Has anyone tried to pull codes from all of the modules in the truck? If so, what did they get from each module? The first thought is there could be a stuck button. The button inputs can be seen in scan data. Monitoring scan data while press the various buttons might help prove if it is a stuck input, otherwise tests would need to be run in order to prove if the display has failed.
