I am an owner of a 2009 Santa Fe. I am sorry to report that the paint on my car has started to peel off in large chunks. There are two spots on the hood as well as a spot above the windshield. I have taken the car to two very reputable body shops and they both concur that there is a manufacturing problem with the paint. I have called Hyundai's headquarters in California, taken the car to two Hyundai dealerships and am now filling out forms to the Better Business Bureau. I have been reading the NUMEROUS complaints about the same problem. Something needs to be done, however not sure how to go about things. The consumer needs to be warned about this. I will never have confidence to purchase another Hyundai product. I will keep going forward, in the meantime I am driving around in a car that looks horrible!!!!!!!
