I leased my Forester Sport 2021. Details are below but want to note I believe there must be an incentive that isn't public because they figured out how to absorb the title, docs and acquisition fee so my only d/o was first month.
2021 Subaru Forester Sport with option package 24 (Starlink package which has MSRP of 1645.00), Ext/Into auto dim memory/homelink option (600.00 msrp), Splash Guards (MSRP 175.00), Rear Bumper Guard (159.00 MSRP) and all weather floor liners (132.00 MSRP). Total MSRP 33,156.00 including Destination charge. My payment is 375.86/mo including tax.
I live in S. CA & leased this car for 36 months, 12,000 mi/year. Not only paid under invoice by $220, but my d/o was my 1st monthly payment. On my Excel model, which I have used for years, that means I paid 30,482. Their final paperwork indicates I paid 31,091. They also show residual value of 21,219. Only way to achieve that is if they bumped the residual value to 66% from 64%. Happy with my deal regardless!
