Thanks for info on the Aux input. I never tried to use it as I have Pandora One and stream without any issues to the head unit. My personal music also streams via bluetooth without any problems. My wife's I phone 5 connects up automatically, plays and streams without problems but it's not an i6.
On her Mer-Benz the iphone works for phone calls only and won't even sync contacts to the head unit as iPhones don't support card files. My android has no problems on either vehicle. I'm no fan of iAnything finding them way too restrictive on any accessory access. I can directly link my Galaxy phone to my dig camera for instance and see picture transfer in realtime as I take them, for example via NFC, iphone's not so much!
