04 liberty, turnsignals work ok until you turn on headlights. Right side lights, front and rear, go dim and right turn signal flashes fast, oh, also the red brake light comes on the dash. Turn ligts off, red brake light goes off. Turn signals work correctly. Have checked all connectors, bulbs, fuses.... nothing found wrong. I think i have a ground issue, maybe the pcm.... any ideas?
