I appreciate the comments; I think the info in the comments helped me to make a better deal -- not the best deal, but decent. One dealer was 1450 higher than what I finally paid and wouldn't budge. I called the Sales Manager at Herrin Gear Toyota in Jackson MS and we did the deal over the phone. I offered 23000 out the door...He agreed.to the deal. I drove in , signed the papers with nothing down and was out the door in about 40 minutes.
