On my sixth fuel pump, 82K miles. Nobody can solve the fuel pump issue. The Fuse Box fuses are all ok. No Fuel control pump module even though the VIN calls for one. 2007 Expeditions don't have a Fuel Control pump module. I was thinking of taking apart fuse box and checking if water or condensation is causing a short before fuse.
