- I am a 911 Communications Officer, or *gasp* "Dispatcher" as we used to be called back in the day. I am in my 12th year in the profession, and work for a consolidated 911 center in Montgomery County, Virginia that serves Blacksburg, Christiansburg, and Virginia Tech. Due to the nature of my job, I have to be at work so getting there is very important. As such, I must have a vehicle that is very dependable, goes well in all the elements, and is fuel efficient as I have a 30 minute commute. My current 2013 Toyota Rav4 Limited gets the job done. I have lived in Pulaski, Va for 2 years. I am a car nut, and enjoy expanding and sharing my automotive knowledge.
