I had both of my passenger windows with the same problem - Regulator nylon blocks runs our or off track.
http://www.bing.com/videos/search? kis a great video to show you how to get the regulator back on track. What had happened with my windows is that the track the regulator block slides in has shifted on the window - the metal frame had slid over so that the nylon block just ran out the end. I used a hardwood block. put it against the end of the metal slide which I had adjusted down so as it was easy to get access to. I then tapped the block with a hammer gently until the metal slide piece was moved over to the original position. You can see where it was located by just looking at the end of the window base. I believe the problem happens because the regulator slide track needs lubrication. I used some BLASTER GARAGE DOOR LUBRICANT that dries to a powder and won't be tacky. I also used this lubricant to lube the window slide track
