GMC indicated that they could offer me a $100 voucher at this time due to how cheaply I got the vehicle fixed for. I told them that the technician told me that I was eligible for a $200 voucher. Of course, she indicated that it wasn't documented. I also told her that the seat when it completely breaks down is a safety hazard that GM refuses to fix and that someone will end up getting killed when the seat gives; I'm sure it wasn't tested under those conditions for safety. I asked to speak to someone at the next level. Still no answer.
