Hello Friends

I just leased a new 2015 Pilot (LX base model). Below are the details. You all think it is a good deal ?

MSRP = $32300
Sale Price = $27800
Acquisition Fee = $595
Residual = $18166 (56%)
Dealer Fee: $0 (Got that waived)
MFF = 0.00100
Monthly Payment = $267
Paid 2500$ down and 1000$ in positive equity on trade (Around 3500$ cash down including trade)

    Hi,

    It looks like a good deal, but the cap cost reduction is slightly high. You saved on the dealer doc fee which is rare. I am also looking in leasing the pilot, but hate putting a large cash down. Overall, it's a good deal for the pilot.

    Was the entire $3500 used to buy down the cap cost? That equates to about $100/mo extra on your "true" payment. Still, $367/mo for a car that stickers at $32K is not too bad.
