It looks like you are paying MSRP and they are giving you $7500 for your car (which is where the $6987 cap reduction comes from).

Money factor is marked up from the base (.00139 or .00143 depending on AWD or RWD), and the acquisition fee is marked up from the base of $795.

Looks like a terrible deal..
