What are disadvantages to 39 month/12 K lease versus 36 month/ 12 K lease. Car warranty for 36/12

Need to know what are disadvantages to 39/12k lease versus 36 month/ 12k lease if car warranty 3 year/ 36,000 miles. I'm just thinking what if big problem occurs 37th month, now I am responsible since out of warranty. Please advise.

It's unlikely that you'll have any serious issues in months 37-39 if you keep up with the regular maintenance. The bigger issue may be that you'll be responsible for another year of registration (and taxes) depending on where you live.
