I'm also in WI and this weekend looked at a 2016 CX-5 Grand Touring w/ AWD. MSRP is 34910 and between the lease cash and initial discount, they offered a 33,000 cap cost right off the bat. For 36/12000 I'm being told 57% residual and .000510. Is that right? Is the .00001 gone?

The bank allows dealers to mark up the rate by .00050 for extra profit.

The base MF is still .00001
