Engine shuts down after running for about 3-4 hours

I hope someone can help !
I have a 2007 Tahoe LS 4x4 and recently my engine has been vibrating abnormally while in idle, it drives fine for 3-4 hours (continuously) but every time I approach a stop, engine vibrates roughly and then after complete stop engine hesitates and sometimes shuts off....I have to wait a couple of minutes and it starts again.....
I have done a computer diagnosis and I had to change throttle body, after relearning the new throttle body, the problem persists and no errors shown.....could it be the fuel pump?
Its to be noted that I am living in Qatar now, and really hot during summer, temperatures can reach 55 C at times.
