lost all gears except 3rd and 4th

I have a 2007 Saturn Vue 5 speed 4 cyl this morning while driving my gear shifter felt really funny and all of a sudden it was nothing but play. It will still go from a stop but its feels like its in 3rd. The shift its self feels like there is no linking in it so its not going into gear. It will not go into reverse either. Any clue???

    You'll need to have the car lifted to see what's up with the shift linkage. Hopefully just a bushing or cable or some such.
