I'm looking to tow a 1995 AWD impreza using a tow dolly and wanted to know how i need to do it. Are there any drive shafts or linkage that needs to be removed or adjusted ? Thanks for any info.

    Manual or automatic?

Manuals can be towed with all 4 wheels on the ground. The visous coupling allows for enough slip.
  • It is automatic. Thanks

How far are you towing it?
    2014 Audi Q7 TDI, 2008 and 2013 Subaru Forester(s), 1969 Chevrolet C20 Pickup, 1969 Ford Econoline 100, 1976 Ford F250 Pickup
  • About 325 miles. Texas to Arkansas

Okay, then if you are towing with the rear wheels on the ground, you should remove the driveshaft between the rear axle and the transaxle.
