Sounds like a newbie who's been 3 months in the biz. Some get that kind of a shock but adapt and eventually chill out, others leave the biz on their own, and the rest keep working with that kind of an attitude and eventually get canned.

No offense, but the poster doesn't seem like he/she likes their job or the people they deal with. Maybe they should seek a different line of work.
