Noise in front wheel

My "99" Villager makes a noise that sounds like the tire is rubbing against the fender well . This happens when I make a right turn and the left wheel is forced up and down (which is the wheel making the noise) while going through the gutter of the street I'm turning onto. It doesn't do it on the right wheel while turning left. This just started after 25000 trouble free Miles. The Mercury & Nissan dealers have found nothing . Anybody got an idea??
