2011 LTD Rear sunshade

I have a 2011 LTD. The sunhade stopped working. I cant lower it with either the button or by reverse...

Anyone have a similar problem? What was the fix?

    Long shot--you might try to lubricate the wheels on the end of the cross bars, top and bottom. Use a dry lube and cover your rear deck beforehand to protect it.
