Buick Enclave Idler Pully/ Front Oil Seal Repair

We had an oil leak on the front right of the vehicle and the deal fixed the leaking oil seal under warranty. Now, 2 months later, the idler pulley bolt has backed out and sheared off. Was the pulley removed during the oil seal repair? Should it be under a power train warranty?

It depends on what seal they replaced. If the repair included taking the drive belts off, then yes, it might be the dealer's responsibility---but I don't think the powertrain warranty would cover it, since it is not an INTERNAL part.
