It's hard to do the calculations without the MSRP, but the money factor looks to be marked up to .00090 from the base MF of .00040.. That doesn't bode well for the rest of the lease terms.. The markup alone has raised the lease price by $25/mo, pre-tax..

sorry, asking price $31840 discounted to $29500 and yes the money factor is .0009 (my fico score is 728, is that money factor high?) residual $20059 aquisition fee $595 washington tax 8.8% 36/12000 $1000 down $412 per month

It all seems decent, except for the money factor markup... Your credit score is fine, but the dealer is marking up that money factor by the maximum amount allowed.. $25 X 36 payments = $900 total.. (plus tax).. Without the money factor markup, you could be at $385/mo.
