New 2014 328x xDrive Lease: Did I get a good deal?

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking at a lease of new 2014 328i xdrive in NJ. Here are the details of the car. I was wondering how this deal compares to others out there that have a similar car and deal profile. Did I get a decent deal? Appreciate the input.

The car is Mineral Gray Metallic ext, black interior, wood paneling, Premium package, tech package (nav, etc..), comfort package, moonrooof, heated front seats, etc...

MSRP: $46,925
Negotiated price: $41,799
Money factor: .00120
Down payment: $4030, including taxes, fees, and out of pocket.
Monthly payment: $442

Is this a decent deal?

Hi Michael,

Leases have a lot of moving parts, and not being in the market for your particular model, I can't really say if you got a good deal or not. I will say that your negotiated price looks pretty good, from what other members report. I show the base money factor for this month at .00130, so your .00120 doesn't look right, though...
