Took the CX-9 in for an oil change. Dealer calls and says water pump is leaking, under warranty. Monday get a call that the radiator is also leaking and not under warranty. Got vehicle in July 2012. Dealer says antifreeze is put in and pours right out, reservoir was empty. There was no puddle is our garage and their where no check engine lights on when we dropped it off for oil change. does any of this make sense? Thought a light would have came on is both parts had leaked.

No it doesn't make a lot of sense. You'd better go down there and ask to see these defective parts, and also why the radiator is not under warranty. You should have gotten a low coolant light, and an overheat warning.
