Lease Question about 2014 Lexus GS 350

Anyone have any info whether Lexus is likely to continue the lease program for the GS 350 next month?

    It's hard to say... the lease deals this month are pretty aggressive. I wouldn't wait, in the hope that it gets better. But, it's almost never worth jumping in early, if you aren't ready.

    I know this wasn't the best way to go about it. But after negotiating and trying to get cap cost down the dealer came back with

    2014 Lexus GS350 FSport AWD.
    4k down. $460 a month. That takes care of all taxes and fees and I'm assuming cap cost.

    Dealer seems hesitant to let me pay towards MSD's. And is ready to give me 3k cash back on my car after 4k covers the fees etc.

    I know paying down cap isn't always a good idea.

    Price per month 468 for 27 months.

    The monthly payment seems good. But does it seem good because my 4k is eating into the cap cost or am I actually getting a good deal?

    Can't get in touch with dealer right now for all the numbers. Waiting on response.

    Initial thoughts?
