I don't understand anything on cars, but I do know that ever since I purchased a 2003 focus in 2008, I have invested or wasted at least $100. per mo. on repairs. For some weird reason, I've had to repair the same parts over n over. I had the clutch replaced a yr ago and again, we are back to square one. Im being told that it can be the trans, idk. I was driving, shifting from first to second gear on my standard vehicle. It just would not shift. car isnt starting. someone please advice. I'm single and unemployed, so if u know of any short cuts, thanks

You mean that when you pull on the gear shift it stays stuck in one gear while you're driving? Or are you say you shift from one gear into another but the engine just revs up like its in neutral.

Describe more problem with more detail.
