Are you a current or recent car shopper who bought an EV and then installed solar – or who had solar already, making the decision to go electric easier?
OR
Are you a recent EV buyer (past 3 months) as a result of manufacturer incentives and dealer discounts on these vehicles, including year-end deals? Were you convinced to buy an EV after finding a good end-of-year deal, or due to uncertainty around which EVs will no longer qualify for full/partial EV tax credits in 2024? 1990 Ram 150 5.2L V8 MPI will not start in cold weather, starts and runs great in warm weather

I have inherited a 1990 Dodge Ram 150 Custom / LE / S / SE!
VIN: 1b7ge16y9ls626951 Engine: 5.2L V8 MPI. This past winter the truck would not start. No spark no fuel. once the weather warms up in the afternoons, the truck starts and runs great. I have replaced the computer, battery, ASr, coolant temp sensor. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
Any help greatly appreciated.

have also now replaced the coolant temp sensor.
no spark or fuel? So this is an electrical issue. I'd say you'll have to have a technician scan and "freeze frame" at the time of the no-start (when it's running he won't see anything most likely). This is one of those "Thomas Edison" repairs where you have to diagnose step by step.
