I have inherited a 1990 Dodge Ram 150 Custom / LE / S / SE!
VIN: 1b7ge16y9ls626951 Engine: 5.2L V8 MPI. This past winter the truck would not start. No spark no fuel. once the weather warms up in the afternoons, the truck starts and runs great. I have replaced the computer, battery, ASr, coolant temp sensor. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
Any help greatly appreciated.

no spark or fuel? So this is an electrical issue. I'd say you'll have to have a technician scan and "freeze frame" at the time of the no-start (when it's running he won't see anything most likely). This is one of those "Thomas Edison" repairs where you have to diagnose step by step.
