Are you a recent EV buyer (past 3 months) as a result of manufacturer incentives and dealer discounts on these vehicles, including year-end deals? Were you convinced to buy an EV after finding a good end-of-year deal, or due to uncertainty around which EVs will no longer qualify for full/partial EV tax credits in 2024? There was a recall on defective ECMs which could affect shifting:
But it could also relate to a pressure regulator in the transmission ---a solenoid malfunction
A trip to the dealer or a transmission shop should clarify whether your truck's VIN is eligible for the recall, or if you have some other issue.
Some scanner won't pick up every type of code, so don't assume there isn't one--if you're using a simple hand-held device.
