What is a good price to buy a 2001 Suzuki Swift with 40000 miles?
The car is in good condition (normal wear), air conditioning is not working, it has 40000 miles on it, and the estimated mileage is around 36 mpg. If I buy it from a private seller, and the car is pretty rare to find in my area, what would be a good price to pay?

One starting point is our Appraisal tool.
Maybe $1750 to $2250 if it's very decent looking inside and out. For dents, faded paint, bad tires, deduct accordingly down to $1000, Fixing the AC can be expensive, if that's important to you.
