It's hard to do the calculations exactly, because you don't have the NET cap cost listed (after additions and subtractions). The MF gives me pause, because it's under the .00130 that is the base money factor..

Does the CAP cost include the $1500 incentive? Or, is it $43,200 minus $1500 more? Does your payment include tax? If so, at what rate? Is the $2725 your full amount due at signing, or do you have fees and 1st payment in addition to that?

CAP cost didnt include 1500$ incentives. 43,200 is negotiated sales from MSRP. MF is 0.00125 - 7 * 0.00007 (because I put 7 MSD multiple security deposits) My payments include tax. Tax rate is 7% in NJ. Full amount due at signing is: Fees (906.08) + Down (2725) + Acq fee (725) + 1st month (395) + 7 Multiple Security Deposits (7 * 400)

    $43,200 minus $1500 incentive, minus $2725 downpayment = $38,975 cap cost?

If so, and with 62% residual and money factor of .00076, I get $310/mo., plus tax.. So, something doesn't add up.. With NJ tax, you should only be around $335/mo., not $395/mo.

I don't understand how you can get a starting money factor of .00125, when the base MF is .00130, either...

The calculator takes the $900 in fees and the $725 acquisition fee, and adds them to the CAP cost to get the calculation. But, you paid those fees upfront. That isn't apples to apples..

I'm sorry, but I can't reconcile your numbers. Congrats on the new car, though.

Thanks but I still didn't sign the lease yet.. I see what you are saying. What would be a good lease price for this car with the options mentioned above and considering down payment and using full MSDs like above?
