Looking to close on a E350 lease by the end of May! - 2014 E-Class

Hi everyone, thank you for you help in advance.
I want to lease an E350 Coupe: 4matic, metallic paint, Premium 1 package, Parking assist package with 3 years maintenance. MSRP $60,905.00
Best offer I got so far is $725.00 monthly payment with $2,529.00 down. I live in Connecticut. Good offer or not? What monthly payment/down payment should I be looking for?
