I'm considering leasing a 2014 535d with the following options:

• M Sport Line
• Premium Package
• Heated Front Seats
• Park Distance Control
• Rear View Camera
• 8-Speed Sport Automatic Transmission

I've been offered the following terms for a 36-month lease with 10K miles / year:

• MSRP: $64,875
• Dealer Price (Cap Cost): $57,765
• Money Factor: 0.00081 (after MSD discount)
• Residual Value: 61%
• Monthly Lease Payment (including 9% sales tax): $636.73
• Total Drive-Off Cost: $6,006 (includes $4,550 security deposit, $80 doc fee, $725 acquisition fee, first month's lease payment & license / registration)

Is this a good deal? If not, what else should I attempt to negotiate?
